Be good citizens and good neighbors.  Damaging or destroying the property of others is not funny, it is wrong.

Checklist for Costumes and Masks

bullet

Costumes should be flame resistant or flame retardant.

bullet

Is the costume so long it will cause tripping?  Is anything hanging which might catch on something?

bullet

Try to wear white, or add white trimmings or reflective strips.

bullet

If a mask is worn, make sure that the mouth and nose holes are large enough for breathing.  Make sure the eye holes are large enough to see well.  Can the mask be taken off quickly if necessary?
